APP not needed. * EMR: eClinical Works (eCW) Requirements: * Current State Medical License - Virginia * Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC * DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes * MUST HAVE 200 case logs in the last 24 months * BCLS, ACLS
