Summary: looking for locum CV Surgery coverage for the below dates to provide 24-hour call coverage across three different facilities (listed below). * Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours * Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate.
