What You'll Do:

ATTN: is looking for a talented Associate Creative Director to lead creative development and oversee creative production across ATTN: projects. Working with a Creative Director, you will help lead a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and the development of strategically-sound, on-brand, on-trend creative. You live and breathe internet culture. You have your finger on the social media pulse. And most importantly, you are a strong doer and emerging leader - not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the work to where it needs to be before big client meetings and before work goes out the door. We're open to candidates based in New York City or Los Angeles for this role.
  • Help lead the day-to-day creative development of large scale campaign initiatives and always on social for a variety of clients
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging cultural trends, platform functionality and find ways to integrate your findings into the work
  • Work with Strategy, Account Service, Project Management and Production teams to create presentation materials including keynote presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and video reels to sell concepts
  • Exert a high standard for creative excellence and attention to detail to produce work that exceeds client expectations and makes us all feel inspired
  • Alongside your Creative Director, mentor creatives to ensure creative excellence across both pitches and active campaigns
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure expectations are met while also creating content that drives high engagement, retention and viewership

Who You Are:
  • 6-8+ years experience across social, editorial, and video production
  • A social native, with a keen understanding of the functionality of all platforms and content best practices
  • Understand brand strategy and how to translate it into high-performing creative content
  • Present concepts in clear and well designed pitch-decks to internal teams and clients
  • Possess a deep understanding of the digital, social and content marketing space with a keen eye for viral content and trends on emerging social media platforms
  • Excellent client relations and comfortable responding to client feedback with creative solutions
  • Operate best in fast-paced and demanding environments, thrive balancing many projects with tight deadlines and production schedules
  • Passionate, positive, and self-motivated

Compensation:

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $115,000-$135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
