At Aprende Workforce, we're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our fast-growing workforce development startup. This role is crucial in building our sales strategy from the ground up, with a focus on relentless iteration and continuous improvement.
Job Description:
We're looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with a proven track record of success in scaling sales teams at rapidly growing startups. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing Aprende Workforce as the leading Spanish-language education platform for healthcare organizations in the US. Youll thrive in a fast paced environment, both managing your own pipeline as well as providing key support building out best in class B2B sales operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Earn autonomy in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and revenue targets
2. Client Relationship Management and Market Insights
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Propose and test new sales tactics keep leads engaged
3. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Attend industry conferences to network, represent the brand, and drive lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and document all client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast growing startups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Data driven mindset, continuous test + iterate mentality
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Enrichment tools etc.
- Excellent networker with track record of using conferences and industry events to build relationships that drive sales
- Ability to travel to attend conferences and meet with clients in person.
