Surgery - General Physician

Coverage Needed * January 6, 2025 - Ongoing Schedule * Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p (OR 8a-5p) * OR Days are Tuesdays and the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Friday afternoons (12:30p-4:30p) of each month * One week of call needed per month: Monday-Sunday * 20 shifts per month Clinical Details * Patients with any breast issue benign or malignant seen in the office and surgery as needed * Provider will not work solo * 12-15 outpatient per day * 1-4 cases per day * 2-3 evaluations per day * Procedures: Lumpectomy, mastectomy, I&D and biopsies * 100% adult Requirements * Active PA license, DEA, and CSR * Board Certified * 2 years experience minimum * Ultrasound experience and ability to perform in office biopsies Call * Beeper EMR * Epic
