Interventional Radiology Physician Locums in Mishawaka, IN: * Hourly: $400 * Call Back: $400 * 24 hour call: $3,000 * 4 hours Gratis Job Description: Locums Interventional Radiology in Mishawaka, IN/Outpatient coverage with call is needed. Here are some of the details: Start Date: March 18-Ongoing Coverage Need/Schedule Details: The need is one week a month until June, then 2 3 weeks a month going forward. * Monday-Friday: 7:30 am- 5:30 pm * Call schedule: Pager call weeknights 5pm-7:30am, Weekends * March * April 1 April 8 * May 27th-June 3rd * June 7-14th * + One of the last two weeks in June. * July 12-19 * July 19-26 * August 2-9 * August 9-16th * + One of the last two weeks of August. Candidate Requirements: * Board Certification: American Board of Radiology Certified in Interventional Radiology - REQUIRED * Interventional Radiology Fellowship: REQUIRED * IN license (will consider providers willing to obtain license)- Highly Preferred * ACLS - REQUIRED Procedures Required: * Angio * CT * CTA * US * Endovenous Laser Treatment * Chemoembolization * GI/GU Intervention * Needle Biopsy * Thrombolysis * UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization * Kyphoplasty * General Neurology Practice Description: * Call Ratio: 1:4 * Reason for Coverage: 2 previous partners moved out of state * Practice Setting: Hospital based practice with protected clinic time 1 out of 4 days. * Average number of cases per day: 15 cases split amongst two IR doctors. * EMR: EPIC * Number of exam rooms: Hospital has 20 pre/post rooms with dedicated nursing staff, Procedure area has 2 dedicated modern IR suites (Philips and Siemens) and a dedicated IR CT room for procedures and 3 top of the line US machines * 3 Interventional radiologists currently in practice * Support Staff: 5 nurses and 6 techs for inpatient side, rounding nurse and IR clinical coordinator. Outpatient clinic has MA/RVT and clinic manager and front desk staff * Patient age demographics: Mostly adult and geriatric with occasional pediatric G-tube changes and PICCs. * Teleradiology?: Yes, for cases after 5pm and on weekends.
