Start Date: September 9, 2024- Ongoing Hematology Oncology Locums position in Issaquah, WA - $500 hourly Description: Hematology Oncology Full-Time Locums position in Issaquah, WA where Outpatient coverage possible, minimal call may be needed. Here are some of the details: Schedule- Looking for one full time provider, not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long term nature of this assignment. * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:7:30a-5:00p SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: * Board Certification in Hem/Onc : REQUIRED * Active WA license only : REQUIRED * Certifications: BLS, ACLS: REQUIRED Practice Description: * Hematology: 30% * Oncology: 70% * Support staff: Physician: 3, Mid-levels: 2 * Each MD has 1 RN and 1 MA shared scheduling and ambulatory infusion team. * Support Services: Dietitian, social workers, genetic, counseling, psychiatry. * Number of s: 14-18 * Patients scheduled per shift: 14-18 * Consults per day: 2 * Radiation Oncologists on staff * Required Procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheter s * Prefered Procedures: Chemotherapy Intrathecal, administration of chemo * EMR: Epic I understand this opportunity may not be a perfect fit, however I would still love to connect so I can better understand your preferences in the future.
