About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Vice President to play a crucial role in overseeing our accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. In this position, you will oversee the accounting department's daily operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and contribute to precise and timely financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cash flow and overseeing tax filings
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls
• Leading and mentoring a talented accounting team
• Preparing for future SEC reporting
• Managing significant accounting policies to ensure compliance with US GAAP

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership and relationship-building abilities. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, a CPA license, and at least 10 years of experience in a Corporate Controller capacity within both public and private sectors. We value technical accounting expertise, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
