Job Details: Specialty: Critical Care Start Date: 10/24/23 Contract Length: ongoing Shift Details: 6:30am-6:30pm, 6:30pm-6:30am Available shifts: Days Inpatient Pulm (Critical Care and Pulm boards needed) Oct 24-28 Dec 31-Jan 3 FMC Nights Jan 1-7 Work Details: - Support Staff: 1 NP who works 12-16-hour shifts - Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1-4 weeks per month, will know exact schedule in April - ICU: Closed - EMR: Cerner - ICU: unknown - Hospital Bed size: 268 beds - 42 ICU beds total - Downstairs ICU - 18 beds and is the Medical ICU - Upstairs STICU - 12 beds - Trauma and Surgery - CV ICU - 12 beds - Procedures: intubation, central line placement and vent management Practice Setting: - Hospital Requirements: - Board Certification: BC or BE - License Required: we have time to license, AZ license. - DEA: yes - Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year of Pulmonary/Critical Care experience. Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
