The University of VT Main Campus needs 1 locum provider for Inpatient General Cardiology.

Coverage Dates Needed : Oct July (2 consecutive non-holiday weeks each month)
Job Title: Inpatient General Cardiology
Description of Work Assignment : Inpatient general cardiology coverage for 2 consecutive weeks each month. Work will be requested on the weekend between the 2 weeks from 0700 on Saturday to 1700 on Sunday. Weekend coverage includes patient rounding (AM before 12 noon) and call coverage that can be taken outside of the hospital.
Location of Work Assignment: University of Vermont Medical Center
Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: Inpatient coverage from 8 AM to 5 PM. Coverage includes morning rounds, seeing new admissions, performing discharges for the remainder of the day. Will be supporting the teaching of medical students, residents and fellows during rounding.
On call? If so, what are the call hours? Yes, weekend call. Saturday 8am to Sunday 5pm. Round on patients in the morning and then take patient phone calls from hotel.
