LAB Technician II

Volt is immediately hiring a Lab Tech II in Maplewood, MN, with a well-known industry leader.
This is a first shift position.
As a Lab Tech II you will:
  • Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
  • Performs chemical, biological, physical, and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
  • Assists with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting results.

This is a full-time contingent role
Estimated Duration 24+ months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is preferred
  • Work well in a team environment and able to handle changing project priorities.
  • Ability to follow procedures and methods and to work well on a self-directed team is required.
  • Experience in a lab or technical environment is preferred. Must be computer literate with good communication and time management skills.

Pay Rate: $24.42 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
