In this role, you will:Serve as the primary contact for owners and partners, managing contracts and project deliverables.Lead pre-construction services, including constructability reviews, plan checks, and cost estimations.Present project status to committees and the Board of Supervisors.Ensure coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.Manage project controls, costs, schedules, and documentation throughout all phases of construction.Conduct weekly construction meetings and track project progress.Oversee RFIs, submittals, Change Orders, and certified payroll records.Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental requirements.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.7+ years of Project Management experience, with 3 years supervising staff on public sector projects.Experience managing ground-up construction of  facilities valued at $30 million or more.Strong grasp of project estimating, controls, scheduling, and compliance with engineering and construction principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., ProjectSight, Procore).Experience in Design-Build projects; correctional or medical facilities is preferred.Certified Construction Manager credential is a plus.If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for construction management, we encourage you to apply!Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
