To excel in this role, candidates should possess a proven track record in senior financial management, preferably within the education or performing arts industry. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree and/or CPA certification being highly desirable. Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, as is a solid understanding of financial management best practices.
