Job DescriptionNordstrom is seeking a Cyber Portfolio Manager (CPM) to act as a portfolio/ product leader in the Cybersecurity Programs Tower within Cyber & Privacy (CPO) Organization. The CPM would work closely with the business, engineering and design team to communicate the CPO product work that aligns to the Technology vision & strategy.The CPM advocates cybersecurity product requirements with the business, maintains alignment, and assesses delivery of current and future requirements. This role ensure that the CPO priorities are managed appropriately and represented in the enterprise planning process. As a CPM you will be at the center of the product ecosystem, empowered to make decisions and resolve differences throughout the process with the support of the leadership team. A day in the life...Provide well-defined business case goals and create specification clarity for new products. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing new product development projects from inception to completion.Engage with stakeholders in support of the organization and be cybersecurity champion for the business and the cybersecurity organizationIdentify Business, Engineering and Product (3itb) ownership and maintains the CPO Book of Work.Develop strong relationships and work with business, product counterparts, and technology teams in defining the Cybersecurity product in any strategy planning system.Develops and defends business cases for new product proposals.Provide cyber technical solutions, strategy aligned with the business and the future roadmap for new product capabilities.Actively engages in the new product development review process and contributes to deliverables for stage gate decisions.Regularly partnering with the business, product and technology teams to understand their strategic objectives and goals, technology needs, and emerging trends Setting overall cybersecurity product direction for the enterprise, to ensure consistency where practical.Continuously improve product management processes mitigate product risks and develop contingency plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participates in Enterprise Planning Group (EPG) and represents the Technology Priorities. Provides feedback to the organizational Portfolio manager when there are any shifts in priorities. Responsibilities include scheduling, planning, and participating in strategic planning workshops, analyzing product solutions, tracking progress against strategic plans, and creating leadership reports.Define enterprise-level cybersecurity measures and reference patterns and manage traceability between business requirements and cybersecurity product.Participates in major new system implementation to ensure that appropriate security controls are built into systems prior to production cutover.Contribute to cybersecurity roadmap development for enterprise-level systems and ensure alignment with overall security strategy.You own this if you have...Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience12+ years of professional experience in product, program management experience in cyber portfolios or a related fieldExcellent knowledge in product systems like Aha!
