Your dedication to quality, safety, and continuous improvement aligns with KBR’s mission of providing innovative and reliable solutions to support our clients' most critical needs.What You’ll DoAs a Operations Program Specialist, you will:Oversee daily activities across functionsDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and drive operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, coordinate project activities, and support program objectives.Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and recommend process improvements.Manage budgets, resources, and schedules, balancing priorities to meet project deadlines and client expectations.Act as a liaison between program leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.Required Qualifications:Must have a CURRENT US TS/SCI with Polygraph.Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, in a STEM, Business Administration, Management, or related field.Must have a minimum of ten years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.Must have a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, procurement, etc.Must have strong strategic and performance management skills.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Basic Compensation:$144,430 - $216,700The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
