Datadog is seeking an experienced manager to join our growing Talent Management team. This is a new role reporting to the Director, Talent Management. It provides the opportunity to have immediate impact, fully owning key pillars of work (such as performance, talent review, career growth, internal mobility). We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll DoFully own the design, development, and delivery of company-wide talent initiatives at Datadog, with an initial focus on Internal Mobility.Stand-up new programs to support Datadog’s rapid growth, with a focus on Career Growth.Create and implement Internal Mobility policies and procedures to encourage employee movement.Analyze Internal Mobility data to track trends, measure the effectiveness of programs, and make data-driven recommendations.Provide expert guidance to People Business Partners, CoEs and leaders from all business areas.Solve complex problems, working across internal stakeholders to build consensus and keep making progress.Evaluate program effectiveness and refine offerings based on employee feedback, result metrics, and company priorities. Research, recommend, and implement new tools and systems to help our programs and initiatives scale. Consult with SMEs to help them develop and deliver their own high-quality talent programs as needed. Work closely with and enable PBPs; your partnership will allow them to have maximal impact across all of Datadog.Actively manage a full portfolio of talent initiatives across the company. Who You AreA specialist/manager with 7+ years in Talent Management, Career Growth, and Internal Mobility; or a Senior People Business Partner with a strong background in this area of specialization.Experienced across different pillars of Talent Management including internal mobility, career growth, career pathing, performance management, handling low performance, succession planning.
