This is an exciting time to join the Employee Experience organization as we innovate with cutting edge technology and collaborate with business leaders and continue to transform MetLife’s Employees Experience. The Leader of HR Technology and Data will be responsible for developing strategies to support HR Technology and people analytics teams. This role will focus on building, supporting and enhancing HR Technology footprint in liaison with HR Digital and Data Teams and enable building a contemporary HR technology stack and best-in-class employee experience.The Role:Collaborate with HR teams to develop and execute HR technology roadmap to support the organization’s goals and objectives.Support a global footprint of large and small technology applications that support and enable HR business processes.Develop metrics to gauge effectiveness of HR technologies and processes; identify opportunities to streamline and standardize technology to improve efficiency and ensure legal compliance.Work with HR users to review the efficacy and relevance of HR systems and recommend modifications as part of IT Governance.Lead the onshore and offshore development teams, define strategy, develop production support strategy, develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools required to drive organizational insights.Partner with HR on the selection, implementation, and optimization of all HR related technology, (i.e. talent management, learning, ERP).Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, gain buy-in for HR Technology, suggest and lead improvement initiatives, and drive alignment with strategic objectives.Monitor KPIs/OKRs to identify trends to improve technology, processes and service delivery for a best-in-class employee experience.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, IT and company policies. Mitigate risks associated with HR processes and transactions.Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years’ experience with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. HR Reporting and workforce analytics/management too (e.g. Crunchr, Visier )is preferred, with at least 5 years’ experience managing high-performing teams.Experience managing large cross-functional teams in a complex environment.Finance industry experience in a complex enterprise preferred.Executive presence in communicating with all levels of the organization; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence and collaborate with stakeholders. Deep knowledge human capital management technologies, and an ability to translate business needs into technology needs.Experience in HR business processes at a global levelDemonstrated success with implementation of ERP solutions. Key Relationships:Reports To: VP, Employee ExperienceDirect Reports/Team: Direct Span: 6; Total Employee Org: 20 Key Stakeholders: HRIS, People Analytics, HRIT, Microsoft Azure team, Data & Analytics TeamsPreferred Experience and Technical Skills:  Experience with Oracle HCM is a must.Experience working in and/or certification in SAFE Agile model.Experience delivering complex IT solutions in a large, matrixed corporate environment.10-15 years of experience within a HR Technology deliveryAccomplished change management leader, able to operate effectively in a highly matrix environment.The salary range for applicants for this position is $170K to $215K.Benefits We Offer Our U.S. benefits address holistic well-being with programs for physical and mental health, financial wellness, and support for families.
