Our iOS End User Performance QA team is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced QA engineer who is passionate about driving performance improvements and enhancing the customer experience! DescriptionAs an iOS End User Performance QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing both existing and newly developed features across all supported iOS devices. You’ll create test plans, design test cases, and conduct black-box, structural, and ad-hoc tests to ensure high-quality performance. Additionally, you’ll automate tests, log and escalate bug reports, and drive issues to resolution. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of new features that will push our products to the next level! Minimum QualificationsExcellent understanding of SQA methodologies & practicesExcellent experience in end-user functional and performance testing of mobile devicesExperience with setting up complex test environments and strong multi-tasking capabilitiesExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenPreferred QualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with external teams to drive issues forwardCreative thinker and strong problem solverAny language scripting experiencePay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,300 and $195,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
