As a leader for our Workday capability, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, excellence, and innovation within our Workday practice. You will be responsible for leading a team of Workday consultants ensuring that we deliver world-class solutions to our clients. If you are a passionate leader with a deep understanding of Workday and a track record of delivering exceptional solutions, we invite you to join our team and drive the success of this growing capability within Slalom. This role may be based in any of our Slalom office locations. What You’ll DoCapability Leadership: Lead, develop, and expand the Workday HCM capability within Slalom. Contribute to and deliver against strategy for the practice to meet and exceed client needs and industry best practices. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable Workday solutions. Collaborate with clients to develop long-term relationships and provide exceptional service. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to build and expand our sales pipeline. Identify new business opportunities, lead business development efforts, coach team members in business development activities, and collaborate with others across Slalom to expand our client base and revenue streams. Bring a strong storytelling capability. Team Leadership: Manage a team of Workday HCM consultants. Inspire, mentor, and guide the team to achieve high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Build and lead teams around Workday, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Solution Design: Oversee the design of Workday solutions that address clients' unique challenges, leveraging your functional expertise to ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Tool and Playbook Development: Develop foundational tools and playbooks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Workday practice. Stay Informed: Be informed of emerging Workday trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and guide the capability accordingly. What You’ll BringA minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, with a focus on building capabilities, client engagement, client delivery, business development, account management and partner alliance management Deep domain expertise in Workday and proven track record of leading Workday implementation and Optimization projects. Ability to support a practice vision and work with practice leaders and experts to build a viable solution for the client’s needs. Experience managing and navigating the Workday partner ecosystem. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Big picture thinking and passion for helping organizations solve their most critical, complex business obstacles. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building trusting and collaborative relationships. Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction Ability to travel up to 40% as needed and work with remote teams Ability to think strategically and solve complex business problems. Strong client engagement and business development capabilities. A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. About UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Director is $161,000-$307,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
