We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Manager – IT Platform Solutions:Job responsibilities:Leadership and Team ManagementAct as IT SAP key account for DX business and business partner managers.Lead cross-functional teams, including direct, indirect, and matrix structures, to deliver complex logistics solutions using SAP.Provide direction and leadership by aligning individual team goals with broader corporate objectives, while building and maintaining a high-performing team of employees and consultants through effective coaching, motivation, and developmentProject and Program ManagementSupport project and program planning and execution for regional and global projects, using formal project management frameworks.Track budget for global changes, project progress, define success criteria, and set clear, measurable goals.SAP Service OwnershipSupport as deputy system owner for P41 the system stability, operational efficiency, maintenance, and upgrades.Ensure alignment with quality standards and cybersecurity requirements across global locations and support audit processes.Manage ITSM processes to design, create, deliver, and support SAP IT services, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.Vendor and Partner ManagementManage vendor relationships in a managed service model, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals.Digital Transformation and Systems IntegrationLead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including strategy development, architecture discussions and innovation topics (S/4HANA, BTP, etc.)Communication and Stakeholder EngagementPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across regions such as the Americas, Europe, and Asia.Required Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics, Production, Business Administration, or a related field.Several years of experience implementing and supporting medium-to-large-scale IT projects. Preferrable with experience in SAP projects.Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning individual and team goals with organizational objectives.Proven experience in vendor management, ensuring strong partnerships and successful project delivery.Strong project management and relationship management skillsExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team settings.Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
