Come join us and be empowered to generate the best and most impactful work of your life.DescriptionIn this role you will be responsible to drive the ideation and execution of prototypes of both SW and HW features in the home space.Minimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience8 years of programming in C/C++ and PythonPreferred QualificationsHigh degree of motivation, curiosity, passion and creativity.Very strong SW architecture background with a good practical minded problem solving abilities.You have extensive experience developing for iOS both at Application and framework level as well as strong C/C++ and Python knowledgeExcellent HW and system architecture understanding and you are able to review and analyze schematics and debug complex HW interactions.You have phenomenal communication and collaboration skills to guide the larger multi-functional team through the creative and engineering process of a prototype or a feature development.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
