About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Interim Chief Financial Officer to become an integral part of our Office of the CFO practice. This role will empower you to serve as the senior financial leader for private equity-backed companies, where you will take the reins in steering strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

As Interim CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading transformative turnaround and restructuring initiatives.
• Providing deep expertise in technical accounting and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Overseeing all aspects of transaction execution.
• Championing technology and finance transformation projects.
• Collaborating with executive teams to devise and implement long-term financial strategies.

If you have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive, with expertise in strategic financial planning, technical accounting, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance, we want to hear from you! Experience in leading turnaround and restructuring efforts, along with a robust understanding of transaction execution—such as M&A, post-merger integration, and capital raises—is essential.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a must, as you will engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for optimizing financial processes, systems, and operations to achieve scalability and efficiency.
