20 minutes to Dayton 1 hour to Cincinnati and Columbus Currently 1 OBGYN with 4 NP providers da Vinci XI in site Office hours M-F, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patient load typically 25 to 30 patients per day Schedule per week is one call day, one surgery day and three office days 36 patient facing hours and four administrative hours per week Weekend call rotates Competitive compensation plus benefits Six weeks of vacation CME allowance Flexible employment options with potential sign-on bonus or loan repayment Strong gynecology operating room support with access to the most up to date tools required to perform the full scope of gynecologic surgery including but not limited to CO2 laser, Myosure, Novasure, Hydrothermal ablation, and LigaSure Office EPIC EMR integrated with hospital EMR for continuity of care Streamlined consultation services from all subspecialties, including but not limited to: Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, MFM, Genetics, Anesthesia and REI Level III NICU and PICU In house 24/7 Anesthesia coverage
