Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist/Nocturnist. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Richland, Washington.
- 7-on/7-off nights only schedule
- 161 twelve hour shifts per year
- Tele-health support for cross coverage
- Premium pay available for working nights exclusively
- Experience preferred but IM new graduates are welcome to apply
- Kadlec is a non-profit that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Access to professional student loan consultant
- H1b and J1 waiver eligible
- Compensation is between $270,322 and $361,204 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
