2 hours to Indianapolis 3 hours to Chicago, Detroit, Columbus & Cincinnati 100 miles to Indianapolis, South Bend & Toledo Med School, FM Residency & Fellowship Programs BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to join an established practice of 3 ID physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Practitioners. Applicants should be patient-centered with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, and motivated to work collaboratively to expand an already thriving, well established practice.
