Overview
Our Palomar Express Care Clinic is a well-established and high functioning clinic, focusing on intentional patient care for lifes non-threatening ailments and injuries. Providers are needed to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis, allowing for flexible scheduling. Advanced Practice Providers can expect to see patients with everday ailments that do not require a hospital visit, including but not limited to the following:
- Coughs
- Earaches or infections
- Fever
- Flu shots
- Lab work
- Minor burns, bruises and cuts
- Minor sprains and strains
- Sore throats
- Sports physicals
- Stitches
- Upset stomach

Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
- Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
- Function as an effective clinic team member.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
Qualifications
Education:
- Board Certified - or eligible.
License/Certification:
- Kentucky Licensure.
Pay Range
$46.64 - $68.20 /hour
