Schedule:

• Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with 12-hour shifts.
• Higher-volume facilities may offer 10-hour shifts.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rates range from $215 to $300, with most facilities offering around $250 per hour.

Benefits:

• Full-time positions (120 hours/month) include minimal benefits.
• Full benefits package available at 139 hours/month.
• Additional perks include a signing bonus and relocation assistance.

Experience Level:

• New residents are encouraged to apply!
• Candidates should be near board eligibility.
• ABFM, ABIM, and ABEM certifications accepted, with a preference for ABEM at some facilities.
