- Provide design guidelines for manufacturability
- Develop new assembly process/equipment/material for Camera module
- Participate in external vendor assessment and selection.
- Responsible for DOE planning, statistical process analysis, process specification, and D/PFMEA
- Work collaboratively with global based in-region process team. Work as process lead to address manufacturing related issues with x-function and provide communication to senior management team.
- Travel internationally to vendor site to support product manufacturingMinimum QualificationsBS and prior industry experience in semiconductor module packaging or relevant areasPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of assembly manufacturing processes, high volume manufacturing, and production ramp experienceStrong collaboration skill to work with diversified x-function teamDemonstrated ability to perform DOE, data analysis, and process capability controlDemonstrated failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issueExperience working with subcontract manufacturing partnersPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
