Job Description Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Teledyne Microwave Solutions is looking for an Assembler for Day Shift. This person will be responsible for but not limited to: Perform wedge bond gold wire on modules and top-level assemblies per MIL-STD-883 specifications. Perform ball bond gold wire on modules and top-level assemblies per MIL-STD-883 specifications. Gap weld gold ribbons using parallel gap and thermocompression techniques. Perform Bond Pull, destruct, and non-destruct per MIL-STD-883 specifications. Perform die shear per MIL-STD-883 specifications. Perform die attach using epoxy, gold-tin, gold germanium, and gold-silicon performs. Perform substrate attach to carriers using epoxy, gold-tin, gold-germanium, and gold silicone performs. Perform 100% in-process inspection at each assigned process step. Perform rework as directed by Process Engineering and Supervisor. Clean parts using solvent-based and plasma cleaning technologies. Requirements: Ability to perform precision manual tasks under a microscope. Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Access. Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics. Minimum experience 8-10 years in previous assembly work. US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance. Salary Range: $49,830.00-$66,550.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
