Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

For Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week and be available for evening and/or weekends

Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Contribute to a thriving team culture

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Candidates must have (LMFT , LCSW , LPC)

Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes

Looking for 2 years experience with providing mental health treatment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Fully licensed mental health professional ( LMFT, LCSW, LPC) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania. Clinicians working toward Pennsylvania clinical license are encouraged to apply.

Providers offering individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities. Clinicians may offer Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, or other specific modalities. Overall, practice includes play-based and interactive methods, regular caregiver involvement and/or family therapy, and tailored approaches that meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

Availability to work evenings and/or weekends

Experience with trauma, art and play therapy and family therapy

Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
