February 14th 7am - February 17th 7am
March 7th 7am - March 11th 7am
March 26th 7am - March 31st 7am
June 6th 7am - June 9th 7am
July 11th 7am - July 14th 7am
August 7th 7am - August 11th 7am
September 5th 7am - September 8th 7am
October 17th 7am - October 20th 7am
November 14th 7am - November 17th 7am
November 28th - December 1st 7am
December 26th - December 29th 7am

Details/Requirements:
Active Wisconsin license or IMLC required
Board Certification required
Assignment is for 24-hour Hotel Call
High risk gets transferred out
EMR - EPIC
10-15 deliveries/month
DEA required
60 day credentialing timeline
