• Strong Team Structure:
• Hygienists:
• 3 full-time hygienists: 7 8 patients/day.
• 2 part-time hygienists: 4 5 patients/day.
• Doctors:
• Work 4 days/week, managing patients/day.
• Dedicated surgery and intake days for seamless care delivery.
• High Patient Volume:
• Fully fee-for-service practice.
