Role Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Manager of Operations will play a key role in driving operational excellence, new initiatives, and performance improvement in specific lines of business and across the organization.
This individual will be responsible for partnering with operating executives, corporate teams, and business unit leaders to identify new business opportunities, operationalize strategic priorities, and assess and improve operating performance based sound business judgement and rigorous analytics.

Candidate Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive reporting package that will be used by Operating Leaders and Executives to drive performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing practice operations and enhancing patient care delivery.
- Work with finance to ensure that operational initiatives are aligned with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
- Lead the implementation of new programs and initiatives within the practices and across our operating units, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate administration, market leaders, business unit leaders, practice managers and staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of implemented programs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and share best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on analysis and program implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); must be comfortable with performing complex analyses using large data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
