Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies designed to drive website traffic and increase engagement across digital platforms.
Calendar Management:
- Create and manage editorial and social media calendars, aligning content plans with both short-term campaigns and long-term goals.
Competitor Research:
- Conduct thorough research to identify content and keyword gaps, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
AI Prompt Writing:
- Utilize AI tools for inspiration, idea generation, and creating foundational outlines and drafts for various content types.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling, high-quality content for digital platforms including blogs, social media, and website copy that resonates with our target audience.
Content Optimization:
- Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and performance, ensuring our content ranks well in search engine results.
Brand Promotion:
- Contribute to maintaining and promoting a consistent brand identity across all social media profiles and other communication channels.
Team Collaboration:
- Manage a small team of freelancers and writers, overseeing the timely creation and delivery of content to meet our strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring:
- Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Skills:
- Prompt Writing in AI: Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Grammarly.
- SEO Copywriting and Blogging: Expertise with tools like SEMRush.
- Data Analysis: Experience with HubSpot for monitoring and analyzing content performance.
- Content Management System Proficiency: Skilled in using HubSpot CMS.
- Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Experience with Canva, PRWeb, and Otter.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic content plans.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Compensation:
- $75,000 - $97,000 base salary, based on experience
- Eligible for annual bonus opportunity
- Comprehensive benefits and PTO package, including 401k
