The senior producer will maintain, strengthen and grow relationships with clients through management of small to large projects, constant communication, and exceptional planning and organization. The producer is the liaison between VMLY&R and our suppliers throughout the entire production process, from the award date until the production is delivered to the client. The producer is the channel of communication that helps to interpret the needs of the client into specific goals that can be achieved by our internal or external resources.
The senior producer will plan, schedule and control specific project activities toward defined objectives and adhere to defined production requirements. On set, the senior producer facilitates communication between the agency and our supplier. Overall, the producer maintains project processes, which allows for increased efficiency and usability of resources. The senior producer is responsible for leading the development of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and at the highest level of quality. The producer reports to the executive producer.
Required Skills & Experience
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to apply critical and strategic thinking
- Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate
