About the Role:
As Demandbase's SDR team grows, we are looking for a Manager, Sales Development who is passionate about people and pipeline. In this role, you will build, coach, and manage a quickly scaling team of Mid-Market (companies with revenue of 25M - 1B) and Sales Development Representatives. As a member of the SDR Leadership team, you will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners to improve our processes and drive adoption and expansion within our prospects and customers.
The base compensation for this position, not including variable pay, is: $85,000 - $125,000

About the Role:

What you'll be doing:
- Hire, onboard and coach Sales Development Representatives, who are often professionals earlier in their career
- Develop your team's skills for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and Opportunity creation
- Provide your team with regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Closely monitor metrics and KPIs with the aim to increase productivity
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure proper alignment on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality and SDR to AE hand-off
- Partnering proactively and developing strong relationships with cross-functional leads in Marketing, Sales Leadership, Enablement, Customer Success, HR, Recruiting, and Finance.
- Articulate the business value of Demandbase, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the platform, our competitors, and industry trends
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in sales or sales development and 1+ years leading an SDR team
- Expertise in using Salesforce.com (other sales development tools/methodologies is a plus) (Ex. Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gsuite)
- Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people
Other attributes required for success in this role:
- Effective presentation and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and ability to operate with some level of ambiguity
- ABM/S, Web Marketing, Analytics, AdTech, and CRM experience is a plus
- CRM reporting and data analysis experience is a plus
