Role
We are looking for business development directors to grow our Creative, Digital Marketing and Digital Advertising services business in Interactive. This role is right for you if you thrive on sustained and accelerated growth. You build relationships and have the ability to influence stakeholders. You are passionate about the clients' business growth, and changing the world for better through delightful customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Upsell and cross-sell Creative, Marketing and Advertising services to our client's existing client base and to prospects.
• Own the lead generation to contract cycle.
• Embrace and take new offerings to market at an accelerated pace
• Develop and foster C-Level relationships across the region.
• Develop strong strategic sales plan and pipeline, and lead preparation and delivery of sales presentations and workshops.
• Manage the client and partner relationships
• Lead cross-functional global talent and stakeholders, who are not direct reports, to achieve sales goals
• Engage in thought leadership sharing at relevant forums and with industry analysts.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Strong and sustained growth track record
• 10+ years experience with sales management in marketing strategy and agency services
• Strong understanding of customer experience, digital marketing and digital advertising.
• Experience working with CMOs, CDOs, Chief Experience Officers, and Chief Growth Officers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications:
• A track record of managing agency relationships
• Strong knowledge of design thinking, creative services, technology delivery and management
• Established AdTech/ MarTech leader in the industry
