The Senior Graphic Designer will be an integral part of the Creative team at BSE Global. The role will lead the charge in conceptualizing and driving captivating design and creative solutions that seamlessly align with our business objectives. The position will help bring to life various campaigns and tentpole programs across various BSE brands and marketing channels. The scope of this position may include campaign creative, logo development, style guides, graphic templates and merchandise designs.

From initial concept development to final implementation, this role will be at the forefront of crafting compelling visual solutions that leave a lasting impact. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role on brands including the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, as well as supporting creative for new brands onboarded into the BSE Global portfolio.
Job description - what you will do:
  • Develop and present on-brief design solutions that support the achievement of business objectives, align with brand guidelines and are delivered on-timeline
  • Collaborate closely with key Marketing team members across the Brand, Content, Consumer and Creative teams to conceive of/implement innovative concepts for campaigns
  • Design for a range of platforms inclusive of social media, web, app, out-of-home, in-venue signage and print
  • Support our Merchandising team in the development of outstanding designs that will resonate with target audiences and drive product sales
  • Steward the accurate usage of brand guidelines, logo usage and design standards across all creative assets
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and find elements of creative inspiration
Candidate profile - who you are:
  • 7-10+ years of graphic design experience at an advertising/branding agency or in-house at brands
  • Experience working at/for sports and entertainment companies is very beneficial
  • Strong understanding of 360-degree campaign development and the full lifecycle of where marketing creative can ultimately manifest across channels
  • Highly motivated, creative problem solver who is continually presenting new ideas and iterating on your work product
  • Ability to take projects from initiation to completion on-deadline, with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
  • Excel in fast-paced environments, supporting multiple projects/team members
  • Outside-the-box thinker with the ability to tell compelling stories via creative
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and visually
  • Proficiency working on the Mac platform with Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Apple Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motion graphic design, merchandise design and/or photography capabilities are a major plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skill in visual design, typography, and illustration
  • Your design portfolio is required to apply for this position. Please ensure it includes campaign work and digital pieces.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or related field
Travel requirements

May be required to travel on occasions; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
Salary range

$90,000 - $120,000
Work environment

Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
