Are you a creative problem solver' Do you want to make a difference that counts' Join Leidos and make a difference for our Federal customer in national security as a high-performing project management analyst providing direct support to the National Nuclear Security Administration's Technology and Partnerships Office.

You will use your project and program management experience as well as technical skills on a portfolio of programs crucial to the future of the Nation's nuclear weapons stockpile and enterprise. Overall duties involve planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project and program goals and objectives that are focused on the nuclear stockpile.

This is a full-time contractor-support position that involves on-site work at the NNSA offices in Washington DC, periodic travel, and the opportunity for some telework.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Researching and preparing background information and/or talking points for meetings to include technological challenges and developments, government and stakeholder concerns or interests, and programmatic updates
  • Managing internal and external program reviews and associated planning; coordinating program review logistics
  • Complete annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements at program reviews and meetings
  • Collecting information from a wide variety of sources for executive level documents, briefings and reports, and consolidating the material into a finished product
  • Preparing high level meeting summaries, highlighting action items and due dates, and other key leadership feedback
  • Tracking and monitoring progress on ongoing projects and initiatives in a technical portfolio
  • Scheduling requested meetings and coordinating with government program management staff

Required Education, Experience & Clearance:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in project management techniques, tools, and processes or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in project management techniques, tools, and processes
  • Active DOE Q or Active DOD Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)
  • Writing skills that are easy to understand, accurate, and concise for a variety of audiences
  • Experience in developing briefings for senior and executive management
  • Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly MS Excel) and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline
  • NNSA staff experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with Sharepoint, and PowerBI software
  • Active TS/SCI

Salary Range for this position: $115K to $125K

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
