Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) a federal government contracting firm, is seeking an Oracle Functional Implementation SME to join its growing organization. The successful Oracle functional SME should have demonstrated full life-cycle implementation and migration expertise. Should be proficient with gathering requirements and working in the full suite of Federal Financials within DOD and/or federal environment. This work is Hybid with onsite work location in McLean, VA where we provide world-wide support to federal agencies.

The Oracle Implementation SME provides expert reequirements gathering, implemenation support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter. They will servce as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. The ideal candidate applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. They also contribute to the development of new principles and concepts, and works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated and they are determined to pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- BS or BA in Computer Science, Inforamtion Technology, Engineering or related field strongly preferred
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experienced supporting DoD or Federal Oralce shared services providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
- Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for implementation/sustainment tasks.
- Working knowledge of the Oracle EBS application and DoD/Federal business processes.
- Experience providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.
- Expert experience in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research).
- Expert in providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight.
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
- Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and Sustainment tasks.
- Ability to get Secret clearance (existing clearance is a plus)
- Must possess an Oracle Cloud Infrastrucuture (OCI) Associate certification or AWS/Azure Cloud certification
- Must hold a DoD 8570 IAT II certification (i.e. Security+, CCNA, CySA+ etc.)
