Centra has an opportunity for a TME Development Manager in Columbus, Indiana. This position is responsible to foster Team Member's individual development and Centra career development by assisting with end-to-end development management, needs assessments, and learning practices throughout the coaching and development process. This position is responsible for administration, reporting, and record keeping of Team Member's development and learning within and outside of the Learning Management System. The TME Development Manager works closely with the TME Director Training and Development helping to identify career paths, providing resources for Individual Development Plans, competency gaps, and determining and implementing various development solutions, such as face-to-face, virtual, classroom and eLearning courses. This position is responsible for exemplifying Centra's culture and TME's goals in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures as well as mission, vision, and values.

- Fosters the Centra and Team Member Experience (TME) strategic goal of a robust workforce of Team Members who are culturally aligned, empowered, engaged, equipped, and committed to fulfilling Centra's vision. Facilitates and administers TME activities that provide a positive development environment for Team Member's life-long-learning.
- Collaborates closely with the TME Team, Team Members (coached), Supervisors (coaches), and key stakeholders by creating, administering/maintaining, and facilitating learning and development resources, monitoring, and tracking development plans across the organization in fulfillment of Centra's vision and TME goals.
- Researches, analyzes, and identifies opportunities and gaps in Team Member development and develops coaching, career paths, individual development plans, and training strategies based on these findings to improve job competencies, Team Member engagement, and assesses participants ability to meet requirements successfully. Reports information and analytics regarding TME Training and Development and makes recommendations to TME Leadership and administers various reports, Key Performance Indicator tracking to TME Leadership and stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborates and provides 1-on-1 subject matter expertise, tools, resources, guidance, and solutions to Team Members, supervisors, and coaches in areas of competency development, career pathing, Centra career development, individual development, Team Member engagement and overall opportunities for lifelong learning and growth.
- Assists in content and resource research, identification, and design for TME Development resources and learning utilizing internal resources, purchased library content, and external vendors and resources. Stays current with trends and industry best practices.
- Facilitates Team Member training and proactively creates a positive learning environment (this may include administratively facilitating guest presenters, development meetings, TME events) on development related topics such as Team Member engagement, competency development, coaching, mentoring, career development, individual development, and more in alignment with TME strategies, Centra's Vision, Mission, Culture, and Core Values.
- Ensures Coaching Plans are updated to effectively bridge gaps, improve performance, adaptability, and goal achievement in response to Centra's evolving needs. Development and Training non-completion follow-up for Team Member effectiveness.
- Champions the vision and strategy for Team Member Development. Creates internal communications and posts to increase awareness and foster positive engagement in development opportunities, resources, and TME events as assigned. Creates and maintains job aids and procedures related to TME development as assigned. Provides support to Team Members on identifying opportunities, tools, registrations, LMS records, and answering related questions.
- Maintains ongoing communication with Director TME Training and Development and TME Leadership regarding pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, successes, and other important information within the area of responsibility.
- Contributes and provides support to TME projects, events, and other endeavors.
