About the Role
Our Executive Directors, Project Management bring exceptional value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. They are the trusted partner and point of contact for our senior clients partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es).
The Executive Director will be the first point of contact with our senior, key clients and will drive client engagement and satisfaction in our services. They are expected to successfully navigate complex projects with a transparent and calm approach, ensuring that their management team are kept up to date with all relevant developments

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$100,000 - $230,000 USD

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance and consulting to our senior clients
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of client profitability and mechanics to course correct business challenges where appropriate
- Provide direction and mentorship to a growing PMO team.
- Enable world class Creative Excellence, Thought Leadership and Business Profitability
- Build out Global Programs from scratch
- Work with all internal team members to define and optimize the process, developing highly effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work.
- Influence the effectiveness and quality of work and advocating for the agency/client relationship
- Mobilize and drive the integrated team towards forward progress, action and results
- Confidently presenting work from a delivery standpoint
- Develop staffing and scoping requirements for medium and large-scale projects
- Drive innovation through collaboration with Technical and Customer Engagement specialists and partners
- Own and report on the client budget to manage costs and deliverables as well as staffing resources
- Identify potential project risks and developing contingency plans
- Serve as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to more junior and mid weight team members and supporting the development of these team members
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
- Understand & respect every department's role in delivering great work and building relationships
- 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in directing and managing large scale programs
- Extensive experience in managing multi-stakeholder clients, with demonstrative ability in providing consultation across all Ogilvy capabilities
- Proven experience in working with C-level function (Agency and client)
- Capable of leading multi- and cross-functional teams Globally to deliver world class outcomes
- Ability to be hands on in ensuring stakeholder alignment to project and program planning, including adherence to critical milestones
- Experience building out fully integrated Global campaigns.
- Directs and manages the development of scopes of work, commercial agreements and service level agreements (SLA)
- Acts as your client's first point of contact with Delivery escalations and, working with their senior team, resolves escalations in a systematic manner.
- Extensive Project Management experience working in an integrated agency, with an emphasis on social first campaigns.
- A confident leader of diverse teams (e.g. multiple domains, across geographies etc.) to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients
- A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with clients and team members
