The Senior Manager, Social Media reporting into the Director of Marketing, will play a key role inbuilding this groundbreaking team. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and creative storyteller who will establish a clear vision for all original content, brand ambassador program and more and will lead the team in delivering best-in-class campaigns.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive the development of, and continued evolution of, the social media and influencer marketing strategy for assigned brands, including line extensions, licensed collaborations and global CPG partnerships.
  • Inspire the team to push the boundaries in developing innovative social campaigns that spark conversation and build deep brand love.
  • Lead editorial calendar development and content creation; guide the ideation and execution to best align with internal business goals as well as each platform's unique strategy while ensuring high-quality creative.
  • Coordinate with community managers and the Senior Strategist to track performance, implementing learnings and pivoting accordingly.
  • Expand on our brand ambassador program, crafting and executing cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, drive impactful sales results, and foster deep community ties across digital landscapes.
  • Partner closely with the Retail Development and e-commerce teams to align on goals.
  • Optimize project timelines and team workflows, adapting as appropriate and ensuring deadlines are met both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the Senior Strategist to effectively monitor and report on all industry and social media trends, tools, platforms and best practices, ensuring constant innovation.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, providing insights on creative and campaigns.

What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or other related field preferred or commensurate combination of experience and education.
  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing with social media management and strategic analysis in a content-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a social media marketing team in the toy/entertainment/or consumer packaged goods space
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer marketing campaigns as a part of a larger 360 multi-channel plan, as well as standalone, social led campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, trends, and best practices across both organic and paid.
  • Experience with analytics and tools to measure performance and ROI across social and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and external partners.
  • A highly creative individual with a passion for brand building and an eye for design.
  • Ability to provide guidance and feedback to take social content and creative to the next level.
  • Must be able to problem solve and create a plan to reach the goal. Ability to think outside of the box and develop innovative tactics to engage fans.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment.
  • Easily adapts to shifts in priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor, motivate and guide a team to success

The salary range for this position is $112,000- $135,000/Yr. Base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, location. Eligibility for annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, salary range may not apply to other states.
