Job Description:
- Lead large global team to deliver operational analytics, sales operations or business technology-oriented solutions for Commercial Excellence practice. Projects will be primarily related to (but not limited to) Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Customer Targeting and Call Planning (heuristics or response model based), Sales Performance Management, implementations, Ad-hoc analysis, field insights and reporting, and Marketing analytics and operations
- Work with the client to understand their business objectives, leverage data, analytics and technology to propose and implement a solution that ensures profitability and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Make presentations and actively involve in building RFPs / proposals to clients.
- Develop new business by strengthening and growing client base.
- Understand and solve business problems, by helping to define business requirements and develop solutions for clients as part of on-site opportunities or consulting projects managed by Axtria
- Own customer success and manage P&L responsibilities with margin management and overall ARR, in mind.
- Support, lead, and leverage, with excellent collaboration and communication skills, our existing sales and accounts teams, to position Axtria for net new logo capture and existing logo expansion.
- Actively and proactively work with talent, marketing and communications teammates to increase awareness of Axtria and our Commercial Excellence team, throughout the city and region.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Degree in business, or engineering or any of relevant discipline such as Business technology, Information management, Business analytics, Operations management, or MBA
- 18+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry
- SME level experience in one or more of the following under Sales Operations or delivery of Sales Performance Management: IC, Sales Ops, Territory Management, SPM cloud implementations.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing senior stakeholders and accounts. Record of developing long-term relationships with executives in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate actionable insights to clients, most of whom come from non-technical background, through oral and written presentations
- Should have experience in leading / working in global teams - where collaboration occurs with US and India teams
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills that allow for multi-tasking concurrent projects
- Drive and desire to work and learn in a growing entrepreneurial fast paced organization with a global delivery model

- Greater Boston, MA - In office, or client site, three days a week.
- U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
