We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. As a Technical Support Manager you will join our team onsite in our Gardena, CA office to lead our Sustainment Team, ensuring that our robotic systems are always operational delivering optimal performance.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of support and field engineers responsible for diagnosing and solving robotic system issues in real-time.
  • Oversee the sustainment of robotic systems, ensuring continuous operation and resolving any hardware or software issues that arise.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical issues, working closely with customers to provide timely resolutions.
  • Work alongside engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized, updated, and running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot both hardware and software, understanding how these systems work together in complex, cyber-physical environments.
  • Lead the team in performing robotics testing and diagnostics, ensuring that systems meet operational standards.
  • Implement and refine support processes to improve response times and system performance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer or similar/equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with robots/ complex autonomous systems
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring technical teams, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Must secure work authorization in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a startup environment, with a proven ability to adapt to rapid changes and dynamic challenges.
  • Strong hands-on experience with robotics testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with customers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with field service or sustainment roles, particularly in mission-critical applications.

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 USD plus equity. We also provide comprehensive benefits and perks which include but are not limited to medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, 401(k) plan + employer match, regular offsite events, a discretionary fund for enhancing productivity and so much more! The range listed on job postings reflect the minimum and maximum new hire salary across levels in Los Angeles, CA.
