We are seeking a bold, experienced, visionary leader for Division Chief, Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Riley Hospital for Children. The division chief will have a unique opportunity; to articulate and execute a vision that will improve the health of children. The division is a strong one, housed within the department of Emergency Medicine, school and health system committed to excellence in every area of the tripartite mission. Position Details : * 50% clinical and 50% academic * This individual will have the privilege and responsibility to lead an amazing group of 32 pediatric emergency medicine faculty members who staff the emergency departments at Riley Hospital for Children and IU Health North * Oversees fellowship program and combined residency training program * Lead academic and clinical missions * Dual employment with IU Health Physicians and IU School of Medicine Qualifications: * Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Pediatric Emergency Medicine or in both EM and Pediatrics EM and Pediatrics (combined or sequential) * We are seeking someone who would qualify to be hired at the rank of associate or full professor * Background in leadership, scholarship and teaching * demonstrated leadership ability and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
