CVT Stepdown, and CVT ICU) - EMR: Epic - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: - Active VA License - BC - DEA - ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) - Local candidate is highly preferred - Clean Record
