Rheumatology Physician

DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our team in providing specialized care to patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. Job Description: * Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, gout, vasculitis, and other autoimmune diseases. * Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret lab results, and develop individualized treatment plans. * Prescribe and manage medications, including disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and biologics. * Perform joint injections and other procedures as needed. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients on managing their conditions and improving their quality of life. * Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. * Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in rheumatology through ongoing professional development.
