Facility: A well-established community hospital that provides a wide range of services Opportunity: * Looking for a locum or locum to perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing! * 30% Hematology * 70% Oncology * Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician * Hem/Onc only practice * Adults only * No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice. * No APP's in practice * Documentation System/EMR: epic * Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months * Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center * Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20 * Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2 Compensation:
