Urology Physician

* Schedule: 8:30a-4p Clinic (Call = TBD). Call may not be needed often. * Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weeks a month as soon as possible, full-clinic coverage and some night and week * Percentage of the practice: All Adult/Geriatric * Trauma Level/Designation: Level III * Average of Office/Clinic Patients per day: 25 with 4-5 new consults per day * Average Number of Patients Per Day: 25 * Will Other Urologists be present during locums assignment - No * How many Urologists in your group: none but recruiting for 3 * Lab Onsite: Yes * Office Ancillary Staff: 6 RN's, referral clerk, clinic supervisor, on-site lab and ultrasound technician * Office Equipment: Blue Light Olympus Videoscope technology. We do not perform Urolift, Space OAR or MRI fusion in the clinic but there are opportunities out there for it. No prostate biopsies. * Documentation System/EMR: EPIC in clinic; CENER in hospital * Reason for Covering: Help while recruiting FT physicians * Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology * Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days due to emergent need * Facility Reimbursement of the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard
